The location was perfect, so close to outram park station and chinatown station, Chinatown and subway and local restaurants, markets, and metro station.

The location is absolutely perfect and particularly good, it is close to a temple and a theater. The employees are best and efficient. Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with very comfortable bed.

Very limited breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

The room with comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was very central, so close to Singapore, very good location close to metro station, the centre of the city and 2 MRT stations, China Town and many Hawker Centres.

Every detail there was perfectly fine. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated units with a good breakfast and comfortable bed plus big bathroom, and the staff were really helpful. The location was best possible and top, next to the attractions like a temple and a theatre, and others. The hotel was in an excellent area.

It was surely a very nice stay on holidays. Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was good-sized and stylish. Loved climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television in the room. The hotel staff was extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating. The property had a very central setting close to great restaurants. And we were adjacent to chinatown station.

Fast, courteous people working here. Great and unbeatable location as only 5 minutes to Chinatown. A wide array of places to visit, such as eateries and bars right next to the hotel.

I recently stayed at Keong Saik Hotel for a few nights and it was perfect for my needs. The location was ideal, situated near Chinatown and within walking distance to various eateries. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a small buffet breakfast area in the foyer. Public transportation was easily accessible, with the MRT station just a couple of minutes away.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is impeccably clean, the room is stocked, the staff is attentive. The location is magnificent, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. And it's not too far from downtown. The restaurant serves simple Chinese food.

Polite staff and everything was good...

The staff were not particularly helpful, didn't expect that coming.

During Christmas, we were offered complimentary drinks and a small fruit basket, which was a nice touch. The location is pretty central, with a bus stop and train station nearby. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby street market full of food vendors with great deals on yummy dishes!

The hotel was extremely noisy, with loud street noise and loud construction work that went on late into the night. The room was also very small and uncomfortable, and the bed was hard as a rock.
